To sync the connect campaign to the recalls

Is it possible to sync the connect campaigns for contacting patrons at 6 months or 12 months to the recall list so that it moves patrons along the recalls i.e. people who receive the 6 months campaign then get moved along the recalls to be contacted in 3 months time if no response and patrons who receive the 12 months campaign then get archived.
