Hi, is there a possibility that when a patient re-schedules, then un-reschedules, that we can simply undo that action? Ex. Patient phoned at 5 pm to rechedule their 7pm appt to a future date. Then rings at 6 pm to say they can now make it to the 7pm appt. is there a feature to simply un-reschedule that appt?
