Transfer of Practice Member Information between practices

Would there be any possibility of creating a link via Practice Hub whereby Practice Member information could be transferred between practices internationally. This may prove helpful for Members who are travelling abroad and still wishing to continue their adjustment care plan, or who may be requiring an adjustment.
