Treatment note highlighter

there was a way to put a marker or star a particular treatment note? Say if a patient had reported something important in that session, to make it easier to find the particular treatment or alternatively different colour font for the bit of information. When using paper notes I just went over that info with a highlighter so it was easy to spot.
