Unlocking records (notes)

When an admin user (non practitioner) needs to turn a medical record back into a draft rather than completed, they used to have a practitioner list drop down so it was saved back to the right practitioner. Since auto save was added this list is gone and it auto saves as whoever is the first practitioner on the list rather than who made it. Please can we edit this so it either (ideally) keeps the person it belonged to or allows the practitioner to be selected if it is not a practitioner editing it. Also please can we option to save the notes back as draft instead of competed without having to physically edit the record as usual practice is that the person clicked complete by accident and just wants to finish it off without anyone else editing it first.
