Upload a list of patients that all need a particular tag adding to their file

Often for either patient tracking or marketing purposes, we find we're adding the same tag to a large group of patients (sometimes a few hundred!) and it is obviously a very manual time-consuming process. Would love to be able to upload a list/csv file of patient names to PH to then have a specified tag added to them all automatically please :)
