Using word client instead of patient

I would like a system wide setting to be able to switch to use the word "client" instead of "patient." We don't use the word patient as it signifies sick people receiving passive treatment, so to keep the system consistent with how our CAs and staff are trained to talk, this option would be great. Cliniko has this option and it was very handy
