View the patients who will not receive Connect campaign

Currently on Connect you can view a list of the patients that your rules filter. It would be good to also see which of these patients will not receive the campaign because their communication preferences do not allow it (unless you override them). In addition to this, it would be useful to know what rules/filters were set up on a sent/expired one-off campaign, in case you want to check whether you made a mistake on the parameters
