Viewing diaries of practitioners who have left

If you make a practitioner a leaver (make them inactive) you can no longer see them on the calendar for historical appointments. This is particularly needed when trying to fix previous errors in invoices or just to review previous appointments. It would be good if there was a way to continue to allow the system to show calendars for practitioners who have left for times in the past without having to keep turning them active again and then inactive again every time. I have recently needed to do this several times when correcting / editing some prepayments for clients.
