Visit type by visit number

Currently, care plans can be scheduled on specific days and times (e.g. Tue/Thu), but changing the time of a single visit requires manually moving all future visits.
It would be extremely helpful if care plans could be visit-number based, so that moving one visit automatically updates the remaining appointments to align with the change.
