Visual cue on the appointment to show a patient is on a membership

Add an icon on to the appointment on the calendar for patients who have memberships applied. Currently a credit card icon appears when the patient has credit on file, however if this has been used or their next payment has not hit their account yet, you are unable to see if the patient has a membership.
