Warning pop-up when about to process an appointment without an invoice

When you don't add a service to an appointment by accident and then process it, it would be awesome if a window could pop up after you hit 'Process' that says something like "This will process the appointment without an invoice - would you like to continue?"
Things move so fast in clinic it's easy to do this but then hard to spot afterwards that the customer hasn't been charged on PH.
